In March 2007, the conference of Top Managers of the Russian mobile operator VimpelCom and the General Directors of Companies, included in VimpelCom Group - ArmenTel (Armenia), KaR-Tel (Kazakhstan), Ukrainian RadioSystems (Ukraine), UNITEL (Uzbekistan), TACOM (Tajikistan), MOBITEL (Georgia) - took place in the Armenian Tsakhkadzor mountain resort.
